Activenergy Pty Ltd has an approved Management System that is structured to provide an effective balance between OH&S, Environmental and Process/Product Quality requirements, with supporting policies and procedures.

The OH&S of our customers, staff and the community is a fundamental pre-requisite, ensuring a safe working environment and the promotion of good OH&S practices.

- An incident investigation procedure in place to ensure all incidents are investigated. Incidents include OH&S, product/process and environmental.

- A customer feedback process in place to enable the review of projects, customer satisfaction and quality of workmanship. Results are a guideline for continued improvement.
